Join us in chatting with Jenna Ferrara, Veterans Justice Outreach Specialist, to discuss the importance of Veteran Treatment Courts for our communities. Jenna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in forensic social work. Since 2015, she has been working as a Veterans Justice Outreach Specialist at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, Downtown Clinic and part of the Veterans Justice Court team. Prior to working at the VA, she worked for Jail Behavioral Health Services, located at the San Francisco County Jail and at University of San Francisco’s, Correctional Medicine Consultation Network, providing health care to individuals incarcerated in California prisons.

Please join us for our first speaker series engagement of 2025 with Chris Poulos of The Center for Justice and Human Dignity. Christopher shares insights into his work in developing the organization, his lived experience within the criminal justice system, and the transformative impact of evaluation and evidence-based practices. This webinar dives into the importance of addressing needs on the front end to help people avoid incarceration, the role of evidence-based interventions, and the evaluation and impact of ATI programs.

In this final speaker series of 2024 we discuss what recovery capital is and how a different data measurement helps capture changes for clients in reentry while they address their needs in the community. We will also discuss the purpose of implementing the Multidimensional Inventory Recovery Capital (MIRC) assessment to collaborative courts.
