Professional Mentorship
Through strategic partnerships, our personalized, virtual mentorship initiative matches clients with skilled workers who can offer guidance on resume building, interview skills, and career advancement. We aim to support individuals in collaborative court programs or under federal supervision at every step along their way entering or reentering the workforce.
Impact
People with mentors are more likely to get involved in their community, secure jobs, stay sober, become accountable, and make the changes they need to succeed.
Commitment
Mentors commit to meeting with their matches every over week for at least half an hour (via Zoom), for a minimum of two (2) months.
Support
A Curiae onboards new mentors with an orientation, training materials and ongoing support so every mentor has the resources needed to make a successful match.
